There are various roles we could use help with!

Here’s a list of positions as well as the responsibilities that you may or may not fulfill but can expect to be asked to assist with. Upon approval, you will be assigned specific duties as a part of our full team.

📽️ Media: Content (1 of 2)

• Create content throughout event.

• Optional to collaborate for the edit of contents or send raw footage.

📹 Media: Behind-The-Scenes (1 of 2)

• Work with content team to capture the entire event, from setting things up to capturing attendant’s rections. Get it all!

• Optional to collaborate for the edit of contents or send raw footage.

🏃🏻‍♀️ General Volunteer/Runner (3 Vacancies Available)

• Help with set-up, take down, and assistance where needed.
  May be required to lift between 5lbs-20lbs. (If you cannot lift, please let us know!)

📲 Social Media Assistant (No limit)

• Assist with managing, posting, creating, and/or scheduling our social media posts to promote and engage our community for this event.

• Media experience, or experience with Canva or Adobe Programs are an asset.

• Manage Instagram account and create live content during the event.
